Steps

First boil water after add sugar and salt, mix all well and leave the water to cool down.

After grate the cabbage and use your hand to mix well cabbage that cabbage will get softer!

After transfer cabbage to the big container add the water and put plates on top and something heave on top. Everyday with wooden spoon mix the cabbage. After few days you will see the fermenting process start going(I love the smell of fermenting cabbage 😂😂😂) after 5days you can try it!you can serve it with little a bit of olive oil and some onion😋😋😋enjoy it🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
