Ingredients

  • 6snake gourds, sliced into rounds
  • 2king oyster mushrooms, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetarian sauce
  • 1 tablespoonlight soy sauce

    Take the washed and sliced snake gourd, place it in a pot with 1 part water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil. Then add the snake gourd to cook.

    Boil the snake gourd until cooked, then drain and set aside. The snake gourd will change color and become softer when cooked.

    Add the prepared king oyster mushrooms and textured vegetable protein to boiling water.

    Once cooked, drain and place in a bowl to mix with the snake gourd, king oyster mushrooms, and textured vegetable protein.

    Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and all the prepared vegetarian seasoning sauce. Mix well and taste.

    Serve on a plate when the flavor is well-balanced. (If not following a vegetarian diet, you can sprinkle with fried garlic for added appeal.)
