as per taste salt
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
Ingredients to grind
1/4 cupCoconut
3Red chillies
1 inchCinnamon stick
2Cloves
Ingredients to temper
1 1/2 tbspOil
1/2 tspMustard seeds
8Few curry leaves

Cut beetroot into small pieces and pressure cook.

Now grind the ingredients into a coarse paste by adding little water.

Next heat kadai. Temper the ingredients and add pressure cooked beetroot.

Add salt, turmeric powder and grinded paste.

Mix well for 30 seconds and serve hot.
