Boiled Dalia: Firstly take Dalia 500 gm near about 2 and a half Cup add 4 Cups of Water,1 Spoon Oil and boil the Dalia till 2 Whistle Cool it down on the room and keep aside.

Now take a Kadhai or Pan add Oil 1 Cup and heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves Cook for 2 min then add Chopped Onion 1 Cup cook for 5 min then add Chopped Ginger, Chopped Tomatoes, Green Peas Cook for 5 min then add all the Masala 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder,1 Spoon Cumin Seeds Powder,1 Spoon Coriander Powder,1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Afterward, add Boiled Dalia into the Masala Mixture add Green fresh Coriander mix well and cook for 5 to 7 min, Now Serve it hot to the Plater your Delicious Dalia UPMA is Ready to Enjoy 😋😍
