To make Crispy Hash brown Pizza.
Take Potato (Aloo),Peel skin,wash and keep aside.
Take medium size grater and grate potatoes.
Transfer grated potato in a bowl and wash with Cold ice water several time till all cloudy water run clear.
Transfer shredded potato in colander and keep aside till all water clear. - 2
Then Wrap shredded potatoes in a kitchen towel and twist to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Take a bowl add shredded potato add Pepper Powder,pinch of salt,Corn Flour, 1 tbsp plain flour and egg mix well.
Take a nonstick pan and heat it.
Add 2 tbsp oil and heat.
Keep flame on low.
Add prepared mix and spread like a round shape (roti). - 3
Do not spread thin.
Cook until golden crisp.
Add oil on top and flip.
Keep flame on low.
Spread Pizza sauce / chilli sauce / ketchup on top.
Add Mozeralla Cheese.
Add Tomato,Capsicum,green chilli, Onion Sprinkle Oregano.
Close lid and cook for 3 mins on low flame.
After 3 mins open lid and check.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes.
Hash Brown Pizza is ready to serve.Enjoy!!! - 4
