Red cow peas ka tadka... An easy recipe for lunch with a few ingredients....
Cooking Instructions

Wash and cook the red cow peas in a pressure cooker adding around 2 cups of water. Cook on medium flame till around 5-6 whistles comes. Switch off allow the peas to be cooked as the pressure releases on its own.

Heat coconut oil in a kadai. Add sliced shallots and curry leaves. Saute till the shallots turn golden. Add crushed red chillies and turmeric. Mix it well

Pour the onion mixture to the cooked peas and add salt required. Simmer it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame

Serve it warm with rice or chapati
