Cooking Instructions

Cut the brinjal into two halves and slice it thinly. Add pepper powder, turmeric, and salt required and mix it well. Keep it for 5 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Add the crushed chillies and curry leaves. Let the raw smell goes. Add the brinjal. Mix it and cook it on a medium flame till the brinjals are cooked well
