Dry roast vermiceile till brown

Cut all veggies. Then in a kadhai take oil. In a hot oil make vaghar of mustard, jeera, urad dal and green chillies

Add chopped onion, tomato, carrot saute for 2 minutes. Then add roasted vermiceli, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Lastly add boiled water. When all water becomes absorbed, upma is ready to serve. Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
