Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken pieces
  2. 3 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspRed chili powder
  4. 3 tbspGrated Jaggery
  5. 2 tbspTamarind paste
  6. Red food color as required
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1 1/2 tbspGreen chili paste
  9. 3 tbspCorn flour
  10. 2 tbspTandoori masala powder
  11. 1Egg
  12. 1-2Charcoal
  13. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take chicken pieces, marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, grated Jaggery, tamarind paste, red food color

  2. 2

    Lemon juice, green chili paste, corn flour, egg and tandoori masala powder

  3. 3

    Mix well and give charcoal smoke twice

  4. 4

    Keep it for about 2 hours.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and deep fry the chicken.

  6. 6

    Serve with mint chutney
