Beetroot pudding

Soak China grass in hot water for 5 min. Melt it over boiling water without any lumps.

Peel the skin of the beetroot and grate it. Grind it with 1 tbsp milk. Drain it.

Heat the beetroot mix with the remaining milk on medium flame, when it boils add sugar. Stir it dissolves, then add melted China grass and stir it well 2 min. Remove from heat. Add vanila essance and mix it well. Pour it into a pudding mould. Cool it. Refrigerate it 15 min.

Unmould it and decorate it with nuts or sweet balls.
