Wash poha and drain excess water and keep in sieve.

Wash, peel and chop potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Dry roast peanuts and chop fresh coconut in smaller pieces. Keep the ready with raisins.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, green chilli and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cover it and for 5 minutes on low flame. Now add roasted Peanuts, raisins and fresh coconut and stir.

Add poha and mix well.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and Maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze half lemon and mix.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
