Ingredients

  • 100 gmpaneer cubes
  • 4tomato pury
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspbesan (Roasted)(optional)
  • 3-4 tbspmalai
  • 1tbpDhaniya powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 1/2 tbsppaneer masala
  • 1/2 tbsKasoori methi
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspcashew powder
  • As required Water

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take paneer cubes in water and add salt and let it boil.

    In a pan heat oil and add tomato pury and all dry ingredients.

    Add malai till the oil comes from the sides.

    Add water and mix it well and also add besan, cashew powder

    Cook the gravy and garnish with coriander leaves and pour malai.
