Spaghetti and egg curry

Boil the eggs covered for 15mins. Covering makes shelling easier.

Place the eggs in cold water to cool them and then shell them

Heat your oil, add onions until golden brown. Add garlic and then tomatoes(I love grating tomatoes)

Add the shelled eggs and mix carefully not ti break the eggs. Add egg curry and some little water. Let them cook for a while.

Put water to boil, add a pinch of salt. Put the spaghetti in the boiling water and boil for 8 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and place on plate.

Pour the egg curry mix on the spaghetti and serve.
