Steps

Add oil into the kadhai and wait till it heats up.

Put tej patta and some khada masala (3 cloves,2 large cardamom,1 cinnamon).

Add ginger garlic paste into the kadhai.

Add chopped onion and saute it, till it becomes light brown.

Add tomato puree into it and let it cook until the tomato leaves the oil and becomes thick.

Now add all the dry masala into the kadhai.

Now add the marinated chicken into it and let it cook on a low flame.

Roast it for 7-10 minutes.

Wait until the chicken is well covered in the gravy and becomes juicy.

Now add 3 cups of water and let it boil.

Cover the lid and turn the gas over low medium flame.

Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with hot rice or any Indian bread.
