Ingredients

20 minutes
4 people
  • 200 gramsboiled red kidney beans
  • 1medium sized cucumber
  • 2medium sized tomatoes
  • Half cup of boiled sweet corn
  • Half cup chopped cabbage
  • 1medium sized chopped onion
  • Some mint leaves for garnish
  • to tasteSalt, pepper & honey
  • Lemon juice or tamarind juice

    Mix spices in tamarind juice then add all fresh salad ingredients mixed well.

    Serve with mint garnish 😋
