Ingredients

200 gramsboiled red kidney beans
1medium sized cucumber
2medium sized tomatoes
Half cup of boiled sweet corn
Half cup chopped cabbage
1medium sized chopped onion
Some mint leaves for garnish
to tasteSalt, pepper & honey
Lemon juice or tamarind juice

Mix spices in tamarind juice then add all fresh salad ingredients mixed well.

Serve with mint garnish 😋
