A heirloom recipe which is passed from my dadi in law to mom in law and then me, a slight sweet lachha paratha with flavour or kesar, goes well with any shahi gravy or spicy vegetable.
Steps

Mix all ingredients and Make a soft dough.

Add water little by little and make a dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide dough in equal portions and take one portion and roll to make a big round.

Apply ghee and sprinkle dry flour and cut thin strips.
- 5
Gather the strips and roll and make a lachha paratha.
- 6
Place on tawa, apply ghee and cook on low flame from both sides till crisp and serve hot.
