  • 1 loafbread
  • 5boiled eggs grated
  • 2mackerel flecked
  • 1/2cucumber sliced
  • 1small onion sliced
  • 2Scotch bonnets grind
  • 2 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2Maggi cubes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard optional
  • Ketchup

  1. 1

    Gather all ingredients to start preparing

    Mix all ingredients except bread

    Then spread the mixture on one side of the bread and cover with another.

    Place on a toaster until golden brown and serve. I like mine with lemon tea. Enjoy 😉
