Heat a pan add ghee and roast desiccated coconut for 2 minutes over a medium flame. Be careful not to burn it.

Add milk,sugar, rose syrup and pink food colour mix it well and cook till the mixture gets cooked well and all the moisture evaporates then add milk powder mix it well for 2 minutes.

Grease a plate with ghee. Spread the coconut mixture evenly and sprinkle some sliced almonds on it and allow to set.

Let it cool completely and then cut into the desired shape and transfer onto a serving plate.
