Ingredients

  • 2 cupsprouts moong matki
  • 200 mlwater
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonGinger garlic chilli paste
  • 2 spoonOil
  • 1 tspJeera.
  • pinchHing
  • 4 5Kadi patta
  • as requiredTurmeric
  • as required tomato, onion, capsicum ,coriander ,lemon

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a kadai put oil add jeera hing as it splutter add ginger garlic chilli paste add curry leaves now

    Add sprouts in it. Add water turmeric powder Salt and put lid on it for 15 mins

    Check as when done till soft you want.

    Finally add tomatoes capsicum onion add salt lemon to it.
