Ghar ki Roti

I've learnt how to make "phooli hui" rotis, especially for my father, as he loves how the roti puffs up and tears apart easily. When he visits Pakistan on his annual vacation, this will be a joyful surprise for him!

Steps
- 1
Knead the dough. Pull apart small sections and make round balls of it.
- 2
Flatten the dough balls with your palms. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- 3
Transfer to an inverted hot plate. Flip one side when it turns brown.
- 4
When bubbles start to appear, transfer to open flame. The roti will puff up.
- 5
Remove from flame. Keep warm in a hotpot. Enjoy!
