Ingredients

  • 250 gwheat flour
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1beetroot
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Peel beetroot, chop it and make puree of it

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, ajwain and puree make soft dough out of it

  3. 3

    Make small balls of dough and griddle it in puri shape

  4. 4

    Hot oil in kadai add puri and fry well

  5. 5

    Well beetroot puri is ready to serve
