Steps

Roast the semolina till it become little brown.

In the same pan add oil and mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add potato,onion,tomato and saute it.

Now add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well.

Now add maggi masala and roasted semolina and add water and cook on low flame.
- 6
Serve it.
