
Caramel Bread Popcorn
A nice afternoon snack with tea.
Steps

Cut the bread into long pieces. And then cut the long pieces into small ones (cube sized).

In a hot pan, bake the bread in low heat until crisp.

In another pan, add 4 tbsps of sugar, 3 tbsps of water. Move the pan and don't stir. Cook in low heat. Let it come to boil.

When it is boiled, add 1 tbsp of butter.

When the butter is all melted, add 5 tbsps of milk. Stir and let it boil in medium-low heat.

When the mixture has a caramel syrup texture, add the baked bread. Mix it lightly.

When the baked bread is fully coated, let it cool down on a flat surface. Separate each piece.
