Steps

Mix warm water,yeast, sugar, and 1tbsp oil make a soft dough rest for double in size.

Filling:-take a pan add oil, onion, chopped garlic saute some time then add carrots, then add tomato and capsicum.

After some time add tomato sauce, chilli flakes, origano and after some time add paneer and salt.

Roll out into small circle about 6-7 inch.

Spoon in some mixture on one half of the circle and sprinkle some cheese on top. Seal the edges and bake 200°c for 10-15 min.
