Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/4 cupwarm water
  • 1/2 1/4 tbsp yeast
  • 1big tomato
  • 1/4 cuppaneer
  • 1/4 cupChopped green capsicum
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbspBasil or origano
  • as requiredWater for need dough
  • 2 Onion medium size
  • 1 tspChopped garlic
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededolive oil
  • 1/4cup chopped carrots
  • as required Mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix warm water,yeast, sugar, and 1tbsp oil make a soft dough rest for double in size.

  2. 2

    Filling:-take a pan add oil, onion, chopped garlic saute some time then add carrots, then add tomato and capsicum.

  3. 3

    After some time add tomato sauce, chilli flakes, origano and after some time add paneer and salt.

  4. 4

    Roll out into small circle about 6-7 inch.

  5. 5

    Spoon in some mixture on one half of the circle and sprinkle some cheese on top. Seal the edges and bake 200°c for 10-15 min.
