Take all the ingredients. First grind fine powder of the cashew in mixer grinder.

Take one frying pan put sugar and water. When sugar dissolves completely than put cashew powder in that and mix very well check that no lumps should form.

When the mixture start to leave the pan, switch off the gas and remove on butter paper or any greased plate and knead to get smooth dough.

Than take one rolling pin, grease it with ghee and roll the dough with it. Later cut in diamond shape. Serve in a plate garnish with rose petals.
