1 plate
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupmalai
  • 2 tbspmilkmaid
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1 pinchfood colour
  • 2-3 dropsghee

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan..add milk & milk powder. Mix immediately let it boil.

  2. 2

    Add malai & cook for 2-3 mins.

    Add lime juice and cook.

    Add milk made and food colour and cook till it leaves sides of the pan.
