Cashew curry

Take milk in a bowl and soak poppy seeds, watermelon seeds, cashews in it for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan, add salt and pepper powder to the ghee and roast it. Then pour the milk mixture into a mixer jar and grind it. Now take ghee in a pan, add milk mixture, add milk powder, make gravy. White gravy is ready.

Add ghee-oil to a pan, add cinnamon and cumin, add peanut powder. Then add water as required, add turmeric, salt, pepper powder and keep covered for 2-3 minutes.

Now add white gravy and keep it covered for 2-3 minutes. Add roasted cashew nuts and remove from the heat. Cashew curry is ready. Serve hot. (Add cream to garnish.)
