Cut the potatoes in small peices.

Take kadai, heat ghee and fry peanuts and keep aside.

Now add cumin seeds, potatoes and Rock salt. And cook for 5 minutes.

Now add black pepper powder and peanut, cook for 2 minutes. Now add lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes. Now jeera aloo is ready to serve.

Serve with curd.
