What i like about potatoes is that its versatile... You can go the snack way or make it a main meal...i chose to make it our mail meal when i found out it was too late to make a snack but not too early for dinner

Sort out your potatoes and wash them until clean (don't peel)

But them into preferred shapes either wedges or cubed... I preferred cubed ones

Wash the potatoes to remove extra starch and toss them in salty water so that the salt can infuse in the potatoes

Boil for 10 minutes

Drain excess water and set aside

Prepare onions and garlic

Fry your onions for less than a minute then add the garlic, quickly drop in your potatoes one by one to cover the base of the sufuria

Fry them to the desired brownness or crunchiness

For accompaniment you add some vegetables on the side, with wet fry beef, deep fried chicken or fried fish...i chose fried fish

Sprinkle some black pepper, serve and enjoy
