Aloo makhana peanuts falihaar

In a pan add 01 tsp oil and 02 tbsp raw peanuts.fry till crisp and then remove on plate.

In same pan add 1/2 cup makhana.few almonds & cashew.

Fry for 02 min (keep stiring else makhana can burn). Remove on plate

In same pan add 02 tsp oil.1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

Add 01 finely chopped green chilli and 02 diced boiled potato.

Add 01 tsp dhaniya powder, salt & pepper as per taste and 1/2 tsp amchur.

Mix well.and then add fried makhana & peanuts and again mix.

Navratri special falihaar is ready to eat.
