Singhara chat
Steps

Boil the singhara in a pressure cooker with one cup of water,after one whistle turn off the flame.

Once cooled,peel the skin of singhara and mash them.

Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add mashed singhara and saute for 3 - 4 mins.

Add sendha salt and mix well.
- 5
Add crushed ginger and chopped green chilli turn off the flame.
- 6
Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
