Steps

Take 03 glass water in vessel and once it comes to boil add noodles. Add 1/2 tsp salt in water. Cook noodles as per instructions on pack.

Strain water and keep aside

In a hot pan add 02 tsp butter & 01 tbsp oil

Add green chillies & onion and fry till translucent.

Add french beans and cabbage. fry for 2-3 min. Do not overfry veggies.

Add cooked noddles.

Add salt and pepper as per taste.

Add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce & mix it well

Now keep it aside to cool down

Make maida paste

Take a bowl add 02 tbsp maida and add water as required to make paste

Check picture for currect consistency.

Take a spring roll sheet add noddles and start rolling.

Apply maida paste on edges and roll it completly.

Make all like this.

Now in hot oil deep fry till crisp & brown

Remove and serve hot.
