500 gramfull fat milk
250 grampurple yam
2 tbspDesi ghee
2 tbspmilk powder
2 tbsproasted dry fruits
1 cupsugar
1 tbspElaichi powder

Boiled purple yam and grated it.add milk powder in milk and heat.

Take non-stick pan put ghee.Then ghee heat add grated yam stir for two minutes.

Add hot milk and sugar.after stirring for ten minutes add elaichi powder.Turn off gas.Serve with dry fruits.
