Wash dates and take out the seed, soak over night

Wash moringa with salt, pour in blender add in soak date and the water add coconut and blend till smooth, sieve and add evaporated milk and fresh milk refrigerate

Blend your fresh milk with some moringa leaves and refrigerate, in a glass cup add in blended fresh milk first then gradually add in blended moringa. Hmmm it's very healthy to your body
