Saboodana kheer

During navratri sago kheer loves to eat.
Steps

Wash and soak the sago for 30 min.

Heat milk in a pan, once it comes to boil add soaked sago and saffron.

Stir well and cook on low flame till sago become tranculent.

Now add sugar, cardamom powder and half chopped almonds and pistachios. Cook another for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
- 5
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios then serve.
