Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add multi purpose gravy and roast it on low flame.

Now add all masala and roast it on low flame.

Add baby Potatoes and mix it well. Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Mix it well.

Cover the pan and cook it on low flame for another 10 minutes.

It's ready to serve. Serve hot with Roti or Naan or your choice of breads.
