Lauki Halwa

Take lauki wash and remove peel. Grate lauki leaving the seed part. Use only pulp.

In a pan add ghee and add grated lauki stir and cook on low-medium flame for 5-6 mins.

Then add milk and cook for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.

Then add cardamon powder, green food colour mix it well.

Add milk powder and mix gradually. Keep low flame. Cook halwa for 2- 3 minutes. Juice from halwa dries up.

Add dry fruits mix well. Take out the halwa in a bowl. Garnish with dry fruits. And its ready to serve.
