Treat your family to this simple and delicious Flan Napolitano recipe.

Measure out all the ingredients.

In a skillet, heat the sugar over low heat until it melts and turns into caramel. Pour the caramel into the flan mold and let it cool.

In a blender, combine all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the mold over the cooled caramel.

Cover the mold tightly with aluminum foil.

Place the mold in a water bath (bain-marie) and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes over medium heat. Check after 1 hour and add more water to the pan if needed.

After baking, let the flan cool completely.

Once cooled, unmold the flan and decorate as desired. For best flavor, serve chilled.
