An amazingly delish Halwa made with a loaf of Bread. As simple as that. It's not only delicious but also a rich one. A go to Dessert for me on any given day, particularly when you have a bunch of sudden guests. And not only that, you can serve this as an after meal Dessert to your loved ones on weekends and family get togethers. Absolutely done in a jiffy, it's always a good idea to prepare it.

And not only that, you can serve this as an after meal Dessert to your loved ones on weekends and family get togethers. Absolutely done in a jiffy, it's always a good idea to prepare it.

First of all, trim all the sides of the Slice Bread. Further cut them into square shaped pieces. Now after this, there are two options available. You can either deep fry all the pieces of Bread. Or shallow fry them on a low heat in either Ghee or Butter just as I did.

Simultaneously add Sugar to Milk. Mix well and let it simmer on a low heat. Add Cardamom powder to it. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Also shallow fry the slivered Almonds and keep aside for later use. Add all the shallow fried pieces of Bread to the Milk. Give it a good mix. Garnish with Amul Fresh Cream and lots of slivered Almonds. Enjoy!
