Chorizo Beans Eggs

Have never eaten or prepared Chorizo before,I looked up the Spanish Chorizo Sausage on the Internet to get ideas on how too use it for the first time. The Recipe is something that I have made up,the Recipe on the Internet mentioned using Passata (ready made plain tomato sauce) and using 2 different kinds of Beans, plus adding a addition of Barbecue Sauce - I did use the Cooking method for frying off some Rosemary Sprigs at the start.

Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7 or 8 and then add 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil too a deep Skillet and then place the 2 Rosemary Sprigs in the Skillet and fry for a minute or two and then remove and let get cool in a small bowl.
- 2
Place normal Plain Sausages in the Rosemary infused Olive Oil fry for at least 10 minutes on the hob, prepare and chop onions, then chop Chorizo into small cube's - fry them off with the other sausages for a minute or two and then add the onions, onions will need too be fried off - between 5 to 10 minutes,so after about 10 minutes or 20 minutes place in the oven, but need too heat the Baked Beans through first.
- 3
So after cooking all the other ingredients on the hob for 20 minutes maximum - make 4 holes inside the Skillet and crack 4 hen eggs into them and then bake in the oven for 10 minutes with Kitchen Foil over the top, maybe disperse cold cooked Rosemary over the raw eggs before putting in the oven or sprinkle when dish is completely cooked.
