Wash the offal thoroughly and remove all dirt. Put them in a pot and add water to top the level of the offal.

Add onion, curry powder, thyme and salt. Cover and allow to cook till half done.

Add grated pepper mix, garlic, dry ginger, seasonings, cloves, black pepper and stir. Add salt to adjust the taste.

Cover the pot and allow it to cook till tender.
- 5
Serve!
