Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsPaneer
  2. 200 gmsPeas
  3. 1 bigOnion
  4. 2 big sizeTomato
  5. as required Salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  6. 2 spoonsOil
  7. 1 spooncumin seeds
  8. 1/2 small spoonGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    First chopped tomatoes and onion finely. Boil the peas or take frozen and cut paneer into cubes.

    Now take a kadhai to add oil. When oil heated law the flame adds cumin then chopped onion.when onion turn golden add dry spices. Now add tomatoes and saute them.

    Now when the oil separates from the gravy add salt, paneer, and peas to it give a boil for 3 minutes on low flame. Mattar paneer is ready to serve.
