Steps

Boiled all potatoes. Peel it and mashed well with masher.

Now heat a pan. Add 2.5 cup of water in it. When water start boiling add millet. Cook on slow flame till millet cooked and all water dries

Spread the cooked millet in a big plate for cooling.

When small millet cooked down completely then add mashed potatoes, salt chilli, dhania powder and black pepper and coriander in it. Potatoes quantity is little less than millets

Mix it well. Now aplly oil on hands and make shapes from all material. Side by side heat oil in kadahi for deep frying tikkis

When oil heat well. Then add tikkis in it and fry it on high flame till golden brown colour. Remember oil must be on high flame. If you add in low flame then all tikki sprinkle

Serve the tikkis with green chutney and dahi.
