Peel and core approximately baby potato coat,potato with salt,1 tspturmeric powder,half red chilli powder, mix nicely.

Turn on the saute mode of an instant pot and set it for 10 minutes. Fry Masada coated potatoes till the turn bit crispy and golden from out side,

Add 1 tsp oil add whole dry chillies and cumin seeds fry for few seconds then add one cup chopped onion with a tsp ginger garlic paste.

Add cashew nut paste and fry1-2 minutes,then add fry potatoes, salt to taste and a tsp of garam Masada,whisked curdand one cup of water.cook curry for 10 minutes at normal heat.

Open the lid and check potato for doneness,garnish with few coriander lives.dum aloo is ready.
