Take boiled potatoes and add all the spices with Ararat. Mix well and make dough.

Make tikkis and deep fry them.

Take paav.cut into half. Cook on tawa and press lightly.

Now take cook paav. Spread ketchup on both pcs. Put tomato slice, then onion slice, paneer. Sprinkle chaat masala. Now place tikki and repeat the same step. Cover it with another paav. Ready to serve.
