It is bhi healthy & tasty uttapam for breakfast. It is made with rice flour curd eno mix veg paneer onion carrot tomato capsicum cashew almond Raisin & spices.
Steps

First Wash rice with water. Grind in mixei.Make fine powder.

Take a big bowl & add rice flour & curd. Add chopped cucumber onion tomato capsicum carrot & paneer.

Add all spices to taste. Add all dryfruits. Mix well properly.Make a smooth better.

Add Eno in better Mix nicely.

Heat a nonstick pan.Add oil & spread rice flour better with spoon like chilla on tawa. Cover with plate for 5 minutes. Remove plate.Cook uttapam.

Flap the uttapam. Cook both side till becomes light brown. Ready uttapam.

Take a plate.Serve hot uttapam with Coriander chuteny.
