  • 1 packetEno
  • 1/4 Cupoil
  • 1/4 Cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 Cupchopped tomato
  • 1/4 Cupchopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cupgretted Carrot
  • 1/4 Cuppaneer small peices
  • 1/4 Cupchopped cucumber
  • 1/4 Cupchopped cashew almond & Raisin
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1cumin seeds powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/4 CupCoriander chutney

  1. 1

    First Wash rice with water. Grind in mixei.Make fine powder.

    Take a big bowl & add rice flour & curd. Add chopped cucumber onion tomato capsicum carrot & paneer.

    Add all spices to taste. Add all dryfruits. Mix well properly.Make a smooth better.

    Add Eno in better Mix nicely.

    Heat a nonstick pan.Add oil & spread rice flour better with spoon like chilla on tawa. Cover with plate for 5 minutes. Remove plate.Cook uttapam.

    Flap the uttapam. Cook both side till becomes light brown. Ready uttapam.

    Take a plate.Serve hot uttapam with Coriander chuteny.
