Toffee Apple with vanila ice cream is a perfect dessert to celebrate Dusshera with your friends and families. Crunchy, soft cubed apples are coated in flour batter ,fried and deep in the sugar glaze.And when served with ice cream, it just tastes delicious.

Toffee Apple with vanila ice cream is a perfect dessert to celebrate Dusshera with your friends and families. Crunchy, soft cubed apples are coated in flour batter ,fried and deep in the sugar glaze.And when served with ice cream, it just tastes delicious.

Mix flour,corn flour,salt and water to make batter. It should be little thick to coat cubed apples. Adjust the consistency of batter.add water if you need.

Now add chopped apples to the batter,be sure that they are coated properly with the batter

Prepare sugar glaze by boiling sugar and water together on slow flame without stirring it.Add pinch of cinnamon powder.Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes or until syrup starts to thickens.Heat oil in a pan and fry flour coated apples.

Fry apples till it turns into golden color. Put few apples at a time to avoid stickiness with each other.Put these apples into sugar syrup for 3 to 4 minutes.Then take out them and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In serving dish,first arrange toffee apples then drizzle it with chocolate syrup. Then put a scoop of vanila ice cream on it and decorate it with choco chips,chocolate syrup and toffee apple. Serve chilled.
